Langland Bay and Caswell Bay
Pics from another trip to the Gower Peninsula.
This time I parked at Langland Bay and walked the cliffside path to Caswell Bay and back.

This afternoon I drove to Caswell Bay as I had the day off work and wanted something to do.
Caswell is a sandy beach on the Gower peninsula, South Wales. It’s a popular destination for both visitors and locals all year round, situated ten minutes drive from Mumbles village. When conditions prevail, this is a popular surfing beach, particularly at mid to high tide.
I nearly got cut off from dry land as I was taking photos with my back to the sea at one point. The tide comes in very quickly!
There is a coastal path east to Langland Bay with spectacular views across the Bristol Channel to North Devon. I didn’t walk the full one and a half miles of the path but I plan to revisit the area again next summer and explore further.
